The key feature of this site is the green space in front of it. This building-The BTR Headquarters- functions as retail at the podium and offices in the tower. While the upper part of the building is the standard office space restricted by many factors, the connection between the commercial space and the greenspace becomes a crucial part of the design. To provide a highly integrated space for the citizens, a big staircase accommodating sitting is designed in front of the greenspace. In this way, the green space becomes a stage and the building becomes the audience. A public magnet field is defined.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>
